who were passionate about Training,
Software Development and Consulting. The mission
was to spread PLM competency and to help achieve

Prasad Joshi
(Founding Director) |

Prasad has over 26 years of experience in CAD /
PLM area. He was a part of Geometric group of
companies for 13 years where he handled various
roles such as, Chief Operating Officer (3DPLM
Software), General Manager (Projects), Head
(Offshore Development Setup), Head (Software
Engineering) & Director (PLM Institute).
Prior to joining Geometric, Prasad worked in the
area of Software Development at Computervision
and Software Product Development / Engineering
Design at Tata Motors.
Prasad is a gold medalist in Mechanical
Engineering (B. E.) from College of Engineering,
Pune, and M. Tech. (Design Engineering) from IIT,
Mumbai. His areas of specialization include
setting up dedicated Offshore Development center
for Software Product companies, Software
Quality, and Training.
In his spare time, Prasad likes
to listen to Hindustani classical music. He
treks & travels regularly and when the sky is
clear, gazes at the stars & planets. He also
enjoys playing badminton. |

Chetan Chauhan

Chetan has over 20 years of experience in
software development in CAD /
PLM area. He was a part of Geometric group of
companies for 16 years where he handled various
roles as Business Unit Head (Enterprise Products), Development
Head (Collaborative
Products) & Technical Director (Products
Business Unit).
Chetan has a great passion for Software
Development and Innovation and has been
instrumental in developing many new products in
Geometric.
Chetan is an M. Tech in Design Engineering
from IIT, Mumbai and his areas of specialization
include PLM integrations & customizations, CAD
Translators, Visualization and
Training.
Chetan is passionate about Movies and likes
debugging difficult bugs. |

Sanjay Talekar
(Founding Director) |

Sanjay has over 27 years of experience in CAD /
PLM area and Academics. He was part of Geometric
group of companies for 12 years where he handled
roles as Head (PLM Institute), Sr. Manager
(PLM Implementations & Quality) and Technical
Consultant (CAE, Tool Design) and also as
Business Development.
Prior to joining Geometric, Sanjay was teaching
Production Engineering at VJTI, Mumbai and consulting on behalf of
Institute Industry Interaction Cell. He has
earlier worked in Engineering & Automotive
companies such as L&T, Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Tempo and Premier Automobiles
Ltd.
Sanjay is an M.Tech in Plastics Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai.
His areas of specialization include Engineering
Consulting & Training.
Sanjay loves music and travel.
